To warm:  Gently place Tsubo Stress Therapy into a bowl of hot water and allow the product warm for 1-2 minutes.   Remove and massage as needed, works especially well on extremely tight muscles and “knots.”

To cool:  Place Tsubo Stress Therapy in the refrigerator (NOT FREEZER) and let cool to desired temperature. Remove and massage as needed, perfect when muscles are inflamed.
